Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing technical specifications and conducting product tests

• Design and development of new features

• Client onboarding and support

• Handling support requests, analyzing issues and proposing solutions

• Participation in pre-sales meetings

Your profile:

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate, ideally from EPFL, ETH, HEC, HES, HEG, or other similar institutions, with a specialization in computer science, management, or a scientific or technical field.

• Passionate about technology and possessing strong technical skills

• Ability to quickly understand and solve complex problems

• Ease in dealing and interacting with clients

• Volunteer experience or previous internships are an additional asset

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, C1 level. Knowledge of German is a plus
