ANSAM Group: Leader in IT services in French-speaking Switzerland

Before Roger

What was the situation before Roger?

We had tools, but they weren't as comprehensive! By choosing a new platform, we wanted to manage absences, time entry for all the Group's entities and, above all, have statistics.

What allowed our platform to stand out from the other options?

It is mainly the close collaboration I had with the development team. I had a detailed specification for the platform and the features I wanted to use. They were able to meet my expectations in terms of functionality. We worked closely together, bouncing ideas off each other to create the platform ANSAM needed, and that we could also offer to our own clients.

What was the obstacle that nearly prevented you from buying our product?

We encountered no obstacles. From my perspective, the technical solution was very well suited to our company.

Implementing Roger

How did the implementation of Roger go within your company?

Within the HR department, it was very quick; Roger provided us with templates so that we could implement our lists, which were then uploaded to the platform. I remember that it was very fast. 

On our employees' side, it was the same. We launched the project quickly. We had created a PDF tutorial with screenshots and a video, but the platform is so simple and intuitive that we didn't really need to train the employees.

What impact has Roger had on your day-to-day work since you started using it?

We have mainly saved time. The tool is really easy to use. Thanks to Roger, we can generate statistics on turnover, absenteeism, and even vacation forecasts. 

If you had to choose one, what would be your favorite Roger feature? How has it made your life easier? What other features do you use a lot?

We mainly use the absence management tool. It is very easy to use, for requests and approvals, and it allows vacation balances to be calculated in one click. 

For example, for the working time of some of our consultants, we use a different software program that allows project management. In fact, we then import work hours into Roger in a simple way, which allows me to track working time as I do for the other employees. This way, we can have a status on overtime for everyone at the end of each month. 

From 1 to 10, how would you rate the quality of the product? What could we improve first?

If you had to choose one word to describe your experience with Roger, what would it be? Why?

Friendly, ergonomic, easy to use, and well designed.

What has exceeded your expectations since you started working with us?

What I like most is that the platform is scalable; it keeps evolving and we constantly have new features.

What surprised you about Roger?

The ease of use and the features. As I said, the continuous improvement of the platform is a sign of quality from my point of view. 

What would you say to someone considering buying our product?

I encourage them to do it!
