Introduction to Ecole Moser

Our client is a Swiss private school for children from age 4 to 18 with campuses in Geneva, Nyon (Switzerland) and Berlin (Germany). Founded by Henri Moser in 1961 and taken over by Alain Moser since 2001, it currently has more than 1,500 students, from Primary to Upper Secondary II.  

What sets the school apart is that it offers a multilingual school path (French, German, English) from the age of 4. In addition, it also offers a double diploma in Nyon, combining the Swiss Matura with the IBDP.

Before Roger

What was the situation before Roger?

Before Roger, we did not have software dedicated to Human Resources management. Employee files were on OneDrive. Absence and vacation management were done in Excel and via an extranet. It was a tedious process, prone to errors, and tracking information was sometimes difficult.

What problems did you want to solve with Roger?

We were looking for a solution to centralize and organize our data in a user-friendly and easily accessible way. We also wanted accurate data for strategic HR decision-making.  

Where did you look for a solution? How did you hear about Roger?

We first explored an initial software, but technical complications and the difficulty of reaching support discouraged us. One of the co-founders, a former Ecole Moser student, was the main person who introduced us to Roger.  

Roger stood out for its ease of access, quality customer relationship, and simplicity of use. Its implementation was smooth and very quick.  

Furthermore, we hope to be able to use our payroll software with Roger because the platforms are interconnected through gateways. This is the WinEUR software from GIT, which is also a preferred partner of Roger.

What was the obstacle that almost prevented you from buying our product?

We encountered no major obstacle in the process of acquiring Roger. The contact and follow-up were excellent.

Implementing Roger

How did the implementation of Roger go within your company?

The implementation took place with the active assistance of the Roger Support team, and the training offered was effective, especially for HR and administration, who are the main users.  

What impact has Roger had on your daily work since you started using it?

Using Roger has greatly simplified our document and absence management. Centralizing data has made our processes much smoother and more transparent.  

If you had to choose one, what would be your favorite Roger feature?

The calendar is my favorite feature because it allows clear tracking of absences and better team organization.  

Is there an unexpected benefit that you gained from using our product?

The connection with the school's extranet, which enabled seamless integration of teachers' data into Roger, was a pleasant surprise.

From 1 to 10, how do you rate the quality of customer support?

I would give it a 9/10. The support is very responsive and available.  

My Roger Experience

If you had to choose one word to describe your Roger experience, what would it be? Why?

The word would be “Progress”. Using Roger marked a significant step forward in the digitization and digitalization of our HR and management processes.  

What has exceeded your expectations since working with us ?

The seamless integration with the extranet, the smoothness of the processes, and the availability of Roger support have exceeded my expectations. 

What would you say to someone considering buying our product?

I would say that despite the limited perspective we have, it is a good software.

From 1 to 10, would you recommend Roger to a colleague?

I would recommend Roger with a solid 9/10.
